The diet plan

New diet plan. Rather its an old diet plan rehashed. From tomorrow onwards, the plan is to lose 1 kilo every month. Right now I weigh 76 kilos. Plan is to get to 64 kilos in an year.

So these are the things I am going to do.
1. Keep a watch on diet. No more over eating. No more late night snacking. No more late nights.
2. Swim 3 times a week.
3. Jog / tennis 2 times a week.
4. Update this page 3 times a week.
