Diet plan - Day 1 & 2

The day started out well. But I screwed it from a

1. Played an hour of tennis.
2. Had leftover chicken (2 cubes) for breakfast.
3. Had 1.5 Dal Vada (deep fried stuff) as evening snacks.
4. Stuffed myself with chinese food despite resisting for nearly 30 mins.

Monday:
1. Skipped jog as facing discomfort in the neck
2. Breakfast of boiled egg sandwich
3. Lunch - 2 Idlis
4. Snacks - 2 Samosas, 1 Cake, 100 grams of chips and 1 cup of sprite
5. Dinner - 1 subway sandwich (veggie delight). 1 Cup of coke.1 spoon of lady fingers (okra), 4 spoons of dal(lentils).

It appears I have problems controlling the diet for the evening snacks.
