weight loss plan - day 3

At last, was able to sneak in some exercise in the schedule.

1. Breakfast of 1 egg with 2 slices of bread
2. Lunch - 3/4 of a humongous sandwich
3. Snacks - 1 serving of rice with lentils and Brinjal/Eggplant
4. Dinner - 1 serving of rice with lentils, curd and Brinjal/Eggplant

Also was able to sneak in neck exercises in the morning and evening. Looks like it was a good day Yesterday.
