weight loss plan - day 5

Disastrous day. No exercise and lots of junk food

1. Breakfast of Poha and lime juice
2. skipped lunch
3. Snacks consisted sukha bhel, maggi and mausambi juice
4. Dinner of rotis, one omlet and 1 bag of fried potato chips

Hope tomorrow is a better day.
