Weight loss plan - day 4

The diet part is coming out well. However the exercise plan seems to be lagging a bit. The blogging actually is motivating me to keep up.

1. Breakfast of peanut butter and jam sandwich
2. Lunch of 2 Idlis and 1 Mousambi juice
3. Evening snacks and dinner consisted of lentils, rice, egg curry and curd

Also finished 20 laps of the pool (25 ms each lap). Planning to increase it to 30 on Sunday.
