weight loss plan - day 5

Disastrous day. No exercise and lots of junk food

1. Breakfast of Poha and lime juice
2. skipped lunch
3. Snacks consisted sukha bhel, maggi and mausambi juice
4. Dinner of rotis, one omlet and 1 bag of fried potato chips

Hope tomorrow is a better day.

Weight loss plan - day 4

The diet part is coming out well. However the exercise plan seems to be lagging a bit. The blogging actually is motivating me to keep up.

1. Breakfast of peanut butter and jam sandwich
2. Lunch of 2 Idlis and 1 Mousambi juice
3. Evening snacks and dinner consisted of lentils, rice, egg curry and curd

Also finished 20 laps of the pool (25 ms each lap). Planning to increase it to 30 on Sunday.

weight loss plan - day 3

At last, was able to sneak in some exercise in the schedule.

1. Breakfast of 1 egg with 2 slices of bread
2. Lunch - 3/4 of a humongous sandwich
3. Snacks - 1 serving of rice with lentils and Brinjal/Eggplant
4. Dinner - 1 serving of rice with lentils, curd and Brinjal/Eggplant

Also was able to sneak in neck exercises in the morning and evening. Looks like it was a good day Yesterday.

Weight loss plan - Day 3

The work out plan seems to be on hold due to Spondylitis. Just did my neck exercises on the morning and evening of day 3. The diet plan seems to be on the way. Had a tough time Yesterday night to control the craving for a late night snack.

1. Breakfast of 1 plate upma and 1 lime juice
2. Lunch of lentils, rice, Palak Paneer, beans and Gulab Jamun
3. Snacks - 1 maggi shared
4. 2 Roti's with cauliflower curry
